Development Technical Support web site was created to assist
Pennsylvania State CDBG, HOME and ESG grantees. It is not an officially sponsored DCED site. The website provides a single location for compliance/technical support information and procedures associated
with the administration of these programs. Much of the information
listed/linked here should be familiar to you, however, some of
the information and procedures may be new. Please take some time to
look the site over and provide any suggestions for additions,
corrections or improvements. If you have any questions,
problems or concerns and would like to see if any of your peers may
have had similar situations you can go to the message forum and
leave a message indicating what it is you need an answer to or
provide a suggestion to any problems. However, this forum is
not a replacement for grantees to contact DCED with any
programmatic/compliance problems or questions. Please continue to
contact DCED for any particular problems. In addition, please leave
